VR-384FLA-QC-HW type aging car is a new type of multi-functional aging car developed by our company; it is mainly used for switching aging charger (mobile phone charger) for general aging test, compatible with Qualcomm QC2.0, QC3. 0, MTK and other charging handshake output protocol. The load main body adopts the power tube consumption type electronic load to ensure its stability and adjustability. The aging car has a computer operating system, and the PC can set the start and stop of its work, and record relevant data for statistical analysis.
Aging car function parameters:

2) Load body: VR-ETC40W (GL)-8L electronic load, independent isolation of each channel, CC/CV/LED three mode;
3) Monitoring function: constant temperature type, using PC control, can set each layer of aging technical parameters, monitor the output voltage value of the tested product, and automatically determine the aging good.
4) Timing function: The aging time can be set in the range of 0.1-99H, automatic timing function.
5) Aging quantity: Single channel DC products within 40W can simultaneously age 384PCS.
6) The trolley is divided into aging zone and load zone. The product placement zone is about 300mm wide. The product input interface adopts multi-function socket to facilitate fast connection of large and small products. The output interface is 5.5*2.1, 5.5*2.5, 4P expansion socket for PCB. , USB, TYPE-C and other female seats with LED indication;
7) Trolley input power: The electric control cabinet provides 110V, 220V two sets of power supply to switch; the car charging source is 12V/24V dual voltage.

9) Aging car constant temperature function: The aging car product placement area reserves about 40MM space, and the double-opening double-folded tempered glass door can be installed to realize the panoramic opening of the working surface; the aging car is equipped with air ducts on both sides, and the ventilating port is installed inside the air duct When the top has a heating body and the heat cycle fan starts, the heating body works, and the warm air is stirred by the thermal cycle machine from one side air duct through the aging product placement area to the other side, and then returns to the top fan inlet to make the inside The temperature reaches the set temperature in a short time. Temperature setting: from room temperature to 55 °C, the temperature monitoring part detects the temperature inside the furnace. When the temperature is within the set value, the exhaust fan does not work. When the temperature exceeds the limit, the exhaust fan is turned on, and the heat in the furnace is discharged to the outside. The light is warning.
10) A set of smoke sensing devices is installed in the electric control cabinet, and if there is a fire, the power will be automatically cut off;
